What Is Roadside Assistance?
The Royal Enfield Assistance Program is a 24 hour emergency support system provided in the event of any mechnical or electrical breakdown.
Covering bikes bought after 1st January 2019, the program was created to give customers additional peace of mind with their Royal Enfield motorcycle.
The Roadside Assistance cover is the same timeframe as the manufacturer warranty and only motorcycles sold by authorised dealers are eligible for this. Whilst Royal Enfield shall bear labour and conveyance, extra parts and materials will be charged on actuals.
What Does Roadside Assistance Cover?
A breakdown can be stressful, but Royal Enfield is on hand for all minor faults and immediate repair of your bike. We will dispatch a technician to the breakdown location and attend to your motorcycle.
